Discovery Through Research, Collaboration & Mentorship
FremahLab
At Fremah Lab, research connects fundamental biological questions with environmental and human-health challenges. Led by Dr. Sarah Adjei-Fremah at Winston-Salem State University, the lab combines molecular and cellular techniques to investigate biological responses to environmental exposures while creating meaningful research and training opportunities for undergraduate scientists.
Dr. Adjei-Fremah is an Assistant Professor in Biological Sciences at WSSU and is affiliated with the Biomedical Research Infrastructure Center.
